Project Manager Role

In this role you will be:

– Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring that all painting projects meet profitability goals and exceed client expectations.
– Leading clients through an exceptional experience when working on their project and making sure that crews are communicating with customers in a professional and appropriate manner
– Building solid relationships with each painting crew where mutual respect and trust exist. You are not only their boss but their coach and greatest support. Always looking for ways to help them improve personally and professionally.
– Supporting and maintaining healthy, happy work environments and company culture.
– Maintaining clean, organized, and professional presentation of jobsites.
– Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet milestones and completion dates.
– Providing clear communication with Right Touch team through JobNimbus and email to ensure project targets are achieved.
– Leading project meetings with jobsite crews to set goals and project expectations.
– Leading jobsite crews in improving efficiency, quality, and customer service.
– Maintaining, tracking, and reporting financial aspects of projects including labor, materials, and any additional cost or change orders.

Experience required:

– Minimum of 5 years managing projects in the painting industry
– General knowledge of JobNimbus or other CRM systems.
– Must have Journeyman level (i.e., Level 3) painting skills.
– Must be able to design and implement plans to accomplish jobs in an efficient manner. Organize, direct, correct, motivate and train people.
– Great customer service and communication skills.

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus pay
